On 23 October 2025, Iltizam Relief Society conducted site surveys and water sampling for 20 proposed well sites under the 2026 Well Construction Project, funded through the Yayasan Hasanah Grant with support from the Ministry of Finance Malaysia. The mission aimed to assess groundwater potential and ensure water safety for rural communities in Sabah. Samples were analyzed by CHEMSIL Sdn. Bhd. to verify quality standards, forming the foundation for upcoming project phases to expand clean water access across the region.

On 22 October 2025, Iltizam Relief Society conducted a final inspection of 10 completed wells under Phase Two of the Yayasan Hasanah Grant Project across five rural villages in Sabah. Supported by the Ministry of Finance Malaysia through Yayasan Hasanah, the initiative aims to provide clean and safe water access to remote communities.
