Why Gaza Central Pharmacy Needs Your Help

The Ministry of Health (MOH) in Gaza is in dire need of a reliable power source to maintain the continuous operation of its Central Pharmacy in North Gaza. Regular electricity outages threaten the integrity of stored medications and vaccines in the central refrigeration units, risking the health and lives of countless patients.

The situation is further worsened by the Israeli Occupati prevention of fuel entry necessary for operating electrical generators. The absence of a reliable power source has led to the spoilage of pharmaceutical and medical supplies, depriving patients of their needed medications and vaccinations.

How Your Donation Makes an Impact

Your generous contribution will go directly towards installing a solar energy system at Gaza Central Pharmacy, part of an estimated total requirement of USD130K.

This system will provide a sustainable and uninterrupted power source, ensuring the efficacy and availability of essential refrigerated medications and vaccines, as well as protecting nutritional supplies and supplemental medications from spoilage.
