The full-time and region-based voluntary staff members working for Iltizam are passionate to provide aid to those in need and are driven toward exacting change in the lives of people facing hardships, anywhere in the world. These individuals tirelessly travel to Iltizam’s on-site locations to deliver aid to the needy, war refugees, internally displaced people and poverty-stricken families.
ALL THE FUNDS USED TO REMUNERATE THE JOURNEYS OF THESE INDIVIDUALS AND THE EFFORTS THAT THEY DRIVE ON-LOCATION ARE RAISED THROUGH CROWDFUNDING EFFORTS IN MALAYSIA AND OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD. HOWEVER, DUE TO ONGOING CRISES ALL OVER THE WORLD, OUR FUNDS TO CARRY ON THESE PROJECTS ARE OFTEN IN SHORT SUPPLY. YOUR DONATIONS HELP US INVEST IN CHANGES THAT IMPACT LIVES
No one within Iltizam’s staff or voluntary members are above the law or are exempted from by-laws. It is the responsibility of all within Iltizam to respect by-laws, rules, regulations and laws of the land.
Iltizam Relief’s role is to offer humanitarian assistance to those vulnerable without prejudice, regardless of religion, politics, social class, nationality or ethnicity.
Iltizam Relief shall not and will not be an instrument to any party or organisation in implementing our humanitarian efforts. Iltizam relief will always be consistent with our policy of impartiality. However, we will always accept cooperation with parties solely for the purpose of delivering humanitarian assistance so that we are not viewed or interpreted as favouring certain parties or groups of individuals.
Iltizam Relief maintains a strictly neutral entity in any conflict. We shall not divulge information (Knowingly or unknowingly) to parties in conflict.
Iltizam Relief shall consistently conduct a feasibility study to gain insights from locals and ascertain the needs and priorities of target groups. The study shall guide us on the best route and method for humanitarian aid delivery and help secure the cooperation of local partners. We acknowledge local insights can help ensure an efficient, effective and targeted aid delivery to groups in need.
Iltizam Relief shall never impose our opinions, cultures, or customs on the communities we aid. We acknowledge that community changes for the better can only be successful long-term if the idea is supported and shared by the local communities. We strive to ensure they are involved in every step of the process.

Iltizam Relief acts as a responsible, accountable and transparent NGO. We act transparently and are accountable in all our activities. We recognize the need to report all activities, not only its finances and achievements, but also its effectiveness and impact. As a responsible NGO, Iltizam strives to manage our projects with a high degree of professionalism with the best expertise we can gather.
Iltizam Relief applies the best monitoring methods for the implementation of our projects. Project goal attainments are compared with past achievements with recommendations for amendments and corrective measures for improvements. We strive to ensure each and every project meets its targets and objectives.
