Ramadan Gaza: Our Project to Provide Nourishment

1. Field Kitchen Project

• Target: $67,500 to sustain for one month in Ramadan
• Daily Goal: $2,250 to feed 1,000 people
• Location: 30 Target Locations includes Al Zarqah Shelter,Al Daraj Shelter,Yafa Shelter, Halawah Camp 1,2,3, Al Wehdah Shelter, Arbakan School, Al Zaitoon Shelter, Al Tufah Shelter, Al Remal School.

Why It Matters:

The Field Kitchen provides freshly cooked hot meals daily for families breaking their fast in shelters. Many displaced people lack even the most basic food supplies, and this initiative ensures they can have a proper iftar during Ramadan.

2. Ramadan Bakery Project

• Target: $40,000 to run for the full month
• One pack of bread costs $4
• Daily Output: 3,000 loaves of bread (300 bags, each with 10 loaves)
• Location: 30 Target Locations includes Al Sahabah sheltered center, Al Remal School, Osama bin Zayed School, Zainab Al Wazeer School, Al Shatee School, Asmaa  Abeebakr School, Al Qahirah School, Al Shujaeyah Shelter and Al Yarmouk Shelter

Why It Matters:
The Bakery Project produces fresh bread daily for displaced families. By employing six underprivileged women to operate three handmade ovens, we’re not only feeding the hungry but also creating job opportunities.

3. Ramadan Food Basket

Right now, more than 2 million Palestinians are struggling to survive, displaced from their homes with nowhere to turn. With 80% of Gaza’s buildings reduced to rubble, countless families are left without shelter, food, or basic necessities.

This Ramadan, we have a mission—to provide 1,000 food baskets, each costing $57, to ensure families have enough to eat for the entire month.
